One of the most underrated life upgrades
Lower your resting heart rate before sleep
High BPM before sleep = poor sleep = brain fog, fatigue, low memory.
This is one of the clearest biomarkers of your overall health, it directly affects your memory, focus, mood, and is a strong predictor of how sharp you’ll be tomorrow.
The only real way to lower it is by doing the right things throughout the day:
- Avoid eating or training near bedtime
- Get in at least one heavy workout
- Do a couple of light cardio sets
- Start a wind-down ritual: no screens, breathing exercises, calm environment
